What we collect

We only collect what we need to run the Studio and deliver what you have asked for.

  • Identity and contact details — your name, email address, and, if you give them to us, your phone number, job title and organisation.
  • Your answers — when you take The Fulfilment Snapshot, a quiz or a check-in, we collect your responses so we can give you your results. These can include how you feel about areas of your life. We treat them with particular care and never publish them in a way that identifies you.
  • Booking and client information — if you or your organisation book Chloe, we keep the details we need to deliver, invoice and follow up the engagement.
  • Feedback and testimonials — if you choose to share a review or testimonial, we keep it and, with your permission, publish it.
  • Communications — emails and messages you send us, and your marketing preferences.
  • Technical information — like almost every website, our hosting provider records basic information such as your IP address, browser and the pages you request, to keep the site secure and working.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Our site and services are designed for adults.

How we use it, and why we are allowed to

UK data protection law says we need a lawful basis for each way we use your information. Here is what we do and the basis we rely on.

We never sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the Studio. They only process your information on our instructions, and only for the purposes set out here. Depending on how you interact with us, these include:

  • Netlify — website hosting
  • Kit — email newsletters and sign-up forms
  • ScoreApp — The Fulfilment Snapshot and quizzes
  • Typeform — applications for 1:1 programmes
  • TidyCal — booking calls
  • Hello Audio — private podcast feeds
  • Skool — our members’ space, if you join it
  • Senja — collecting and displaying testimonials
  • Google Workspace — email and document storage
  • our accountants and professional advisers, where needed.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or others.

International transfers

Some of our service providers are based in, or store data in, the United States or other countries outside the UK. Where that happens, we make sure your information is protected to UK standards — for example through the UK–US Data Bridge, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or another safeguard recognised under UK law.

Cookies

Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device. Our own site uses only what is strictly necessary — for example, remembering that you have dismissed the cookie notice. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.

Some pages include content from other services — such as sign-up forms (Kit), testimonials (Senja), booking calendars (TidyCal), videos (YouTube) and fonts (Google Fonts). When those load, the provider may receive your IP address and set its own cookies. Their use is covered by their own privacy policies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, some parts of the site — such as embedded forms — may not work properly. If we ever add analytics or advertising cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above:

  • Email list — until you unsubscribe, after which we keep only what we need to make sure you are not emailed again.
  • Snapshot and quiz answers — for as long as you are on our list or using the tool, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Client and financial records — six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as UK tax law requires.

We protect your information with appropriate technical and organisational measures, and we limit access to people who need it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • ask us to correct anything that is wrong or incomplete
  • ask us to delete your information
  • ask us to restrict, or object to, how we use it
  • ask us to transfer it to you or another organisation
  • withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

To use any of these rights, email admin@popprovides.com. We will respond within one month. There is usually no charge.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when the way we use personal information changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email.
